My boyfriend loves to surprise me with little things that he buys over the Internet.  Since our anniversary was fast approaching, I felt that it was time that I do pull off some surprise of my own.

I asked my friends for ideas on what to do or what to give him. I was running out of time for I still did not have that perfect anniversary gift with me. That was until my team mate suggested that I get him some funny t shirts.  It was a practical gift that he could use and he would remember me whenever he wears one.

I thought it was a great idea so I went online to search for some funny t shirts. I went to this site that my team mate suggested and boy, I was flabbergasted with the many funny designs that they had which gave me a really hard time deciding which design to buy. I ended up buying several shirts for I know he would be using them anyway.

My boyfriend thanked me profusely for the shirts after giving it to him. He loved it and even said that he would be thinking of me whenever he wears it.  He would think that it was me hugging him whenever he’s wearing one. Those statements made me even love him more.

I was so happy when my mother asked my kids what they wanted for their birthdays because they had both been asking me to get them some funny shirts that they had found online and I have never ordered anything online but knew that my mother had. I knew that she would take care of the funny t shirts and I could find them something else.

I made sure that my mother had the correct sizes and colors that the kids wanted for their funny shirts. I decided to get them both some shorts that would match the t shirts. This way, they would have brand new outfits to wear for their birthday party. My mother had agreed to let the kids open up their funny shirts gifts earlier in the day, so they would be able to wear them for the party.

My kids were so happy when they opened up the funny t shirts that they had been asking for, for weeks. They thought that they had the coolest grandma and I was happy to give them the matching shorts and they went and put them on and wore them proudly during their birthday party. All of their friends kept telling them that they liked their t shirts and some of the parents even asked my mother where she had gotten them, so they could get them for their kids.
